How do I verify my FSU student status?

You’ll need to sign up with your official FSU email address (@fsu.edu). We'll send a verification link to confirm your student status before you can start buying or selling.

What items are allowed on the platform?

We allow textbooks, electronics, furniture, clothing, and other student-related items. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and items that violate FSU policies.

How do I report a problem with a transaction?

Contact our support team immediately at safety@spearexchange.fsu.edu with details about the issue. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Where should I meet for transactions?

We recommend meeting in well-lit public areas on campus such as the Student Union, library, or dining halls. Never meet in private locations or off-campus.
